A GOLF CART is included with 2026 short term rentals. Electricity, water/sewer, natural gas, internet, landscaping maintenance, and trash collection are included.

Tenant is responsible for a $275 cleaning fee, FL 7% Occupancy Tax, a $600 security deposit, and an optional $50 fee for two Villages Lifestyle Resident ID Cards. Notices of cancellation are subject to restrictions and a processing fee.
