Construction completion is estimated to be in approximately 16 months. Once the building renovations are completed and the building is ready for occupancy, the units will be rented and managed by the current management company. No Airbnb is allowed nor can owners live in the unit
full time. Owners may occupy the unit 180 days a year. It’s unknown if any additional special assessments will be assessed in the near future. Unit has a partial ocean view.
