The parties declare that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and hereby set forth the following terms:

– The property owner agrees that the REAL ESTATE BROKER shall be the exclusive real estate broker representing them in the sale of the property.

– This contract is valid for a term of 6 months from the date of execution.

– The sale price of the property shall be: $3,500,000.00 or any other agreed-upon price.
