Tenant Responsibilities

HOA regulations, the lawn must be maintained at all times. Tenant is responsible for cutting the grass regularly, whether personally or by hiring a lawn care provider.

HOA
HOA fees are covered by the Owner. Tenant is expected to comply with all HOA rules and community guidelines.
