Designed after the DOGTROT style homes from the 1800’s for functional design. Prior to air conditioning or electricity these homes
were designed in warm climates to provide a cross breeze, brilliant architectural style. This is a modern replica in design of this style,
with all the up to date amenities which results in low utility bills. Built in 2015 on a concrete slab reinforced with concrete exterior
supports this home is here to stay, which also results in low insurance cost. There are French doors in every room which open out to
the screened in wrap around porch, providing indoor/outdoor living. The eaves extend far out over the house protecting from sun and
exposure to the elements. The actual roof covered footprint of the house is 3781 square feet, the heated square feet is 1875, leaving
the porch at 1906. The metal roof is double insulated and painted with a reflective paint to ward against heat. Every step has been
thoughtfully planned to comfortable living, pictures don’t do it justice!! It is not actually certified , however, this house and footprint
really falls into the PASSIVE house category. Located six miles to World Equestrian Center and nine miles to HITS, perfect location
