The Artist Studio is an Iconic West Indies style Caribbean cottage located on the main plaza in Isabel Segunda, the very center of town on Vieques Island. This is an area of mixed use residential and commercial with most of the islands amenities just steps away.

The charming Artist Studio is currently used as a staging/creating space for an island events planner as well as a residence. The town house is charm personified with a central hallway/living room with four symmetrical bedrooms opening off the main living space. The kitchen and bathroom are located behind the main living room along with a wonderful tropical lounge area.

The front of the cottage captures the eye with its welcoming veranda and is further enhanced with custom made stained glass. The back of the house offers the potential for a jewel secret garden with space for a fountain or dipping pool.

The Artist Studio cleverly works as a small residence and retail but we will leave that creative decision to you to decide how to best utilize this wonderful space while owning a piece of Vieques Island’s history.
