By sea, Phillippi creek joins the intracoastal waterway between the North and South bridge to Siesta Key. There are many dining options to the North and South on the Intracoastal waterway and just a short trip out Big Pass or New Pass to the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy a day of fishing or hanging out at a sandbar. Unit B3-57 is 32′ L x 12.5′ W x 9.5′ H. Will NOT accommodate a boat with a T-Top or a pontoon boat but bring your center console or deck boat with a Bimini that can fold down and your boat will be kept high and dry in a hurricane rated building.
