Excellent neighborhood on the West side of Bradenton. Home is in good condition with 3 bedrooms 2 baths/split plan. Kitchen, dining area and family room have tile and living room and bedroom are carpeted (relatively new carpet). Off the family room is a covered screened lanai plus a large fenced back yard. The yard will be maintained by the landlord, however, currently the lawn is dead because previous tenant did not alert us that the pump for the well was not working until it was too late. The pump has been repaired. This is a non smoking house, however, pets will be considered by Landlord depending on breed and size.
