River Ranch Property

River Ranch property Owners Association is a hunting association with approximately 45 thousand acres of hunting grounds where you can set up tree stands and hunting blinds. The woods offers Hog, Deer, Quail, snipe, turkey, rabbit. You will also find riding trails all over the property. Camp lots hold approximately 20 thousand acres of just camps where there is absolutely no hunting. You will find fishing holes and rope swings for some entertainment.

This camp burnt down in one of the recent fires. So ready for you to start fresh after some clean up. Just off of muddobber rd so not far off main grade.
