Lake Point Landing is a 55+ community that is situated directly on Lake Smart with access to many more lakes through Winter Haven’s navigable canal system. This very well-maintained community has its own clubhouse and screened pool that can be reserved by the residents. There is also a wonderful community dock with a seating area for all to enjoy along with boat slips at no additional charge. 2/2 in fair conditions.
