Property has parking, community pool and game room, fitness center, theater room, community room, pier, and access to the beach.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

3 Month (90 days) Minimum Rentals, The person booking the condo must also be one of the occupants.
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval.
Lease application and Tenant Check to be completed along with payment of the $50.00 application fee due once rental is approved.
No Smoking. – Up to $1000.00 charge for smoking in the unit. This unit is rented January – April 2025. Thank you!
