Breakfast nook included. Large living room, split floor plan and interior laundry room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 2 walk-in closets and the ensuite has double vanities, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has bunk beds (double over double). The dining room does not have a table, the owner has a game table on order and the photo will be updated after it arrives. Enjoy the sunrises from the large lanai/pool deck. Heated pool plus a hot tub. The dock is unstable at this time due to hurricane Ian. Please do not use the dock. You can fish from the water banks. Seasonal rent is $5,000 monthly (December – April). Off season rent is $3,500 monthly (May – November). Nightly rent is $200 per night with a 3 night minimum. 12% tourist tax is in addition to the rent.
