The master bedroom has a king size bed, a quaint sitting area to enjoy your books and relax and the ensuite has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. One walk-in closet is locked for the owner and the other is available to the renters. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom is also a pool bath. The master bedroom, bedroom 3 and the breakfast nook have access to the large solar heated pool and lanai. Electric and water are included with a $150 cap. Seasonal rent is $5,500 monthly (December – April), off season rent is $4,000 monthly (May – November). 12% tourist tax is in addition to the rent prices.
