The guest bedroom is separated from the master bedroom, with a queen size bed and a flat screen tv as well. The guest bathroom has a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer are just off the kitchen in the inside utility room. There is a two-car garage, but the owner will be storing kayaks, and other personal items. Beach chairs, bicycles, and other pool equipment will be available for tenants to use during their stay. Wi-Fi is available for the tenants to use, and the TVs are Roku to stream your favorite streaming apps on.
