Building 16 Unit 103, 1st floor condo, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. 12 month lease at $1450/month. 1st month’s rent of $1450 + security deposit of $1000 due upon signing of lease for total of $2450. No pets, no smoking. Monthly rent includes water, sewer, and trash collection. Tenant is responsible for their own electric bill (Duke Energy) and internet bill (Spectrum). Tenants will have access to several amenities, including scheduled use of the clubhouse over weekends for gatherings & parties, basketball court, volleyball court, fitness center, pool, playground, and a walking path looping around a pond. Every unit has it’s own single designated parking sport, though there are numerous unmarked free spots for guest parking or additional vehicles. There are interspersed handicap parking spaces and all buildings can be accessed via wheelchair ramps. All applicants aged 18 or older will need to fill out an application, pay a $50 fee for each application, submit a copy of photo ID, agree to a background check, and submit proof of income.
