Very clean and comfortable. Totally remodel inside and outside. All new subfloors 5 years ago, roof is rubber. Very nice patio area with tv, ac, utility sink and lights. Lots of storage in the outside laundry room. Washer and dryer stays also the new dishwasher inside stays. New refrigerator and new stove are negotiable to stay if needed. Lot rent is approx. $600 monthly.
