Condo is spacious and quiet, located back in Building #1. Screened lanai off living room faces the pretty courtyard, with a side view of the canal and Owner boats. Combined living/dining area is cozy, with large flat screen cable TV, round dining table for four, and a small desk too. Cable TV is included in your rate, and is in both the living room and bedroom. High speed wireless internet is available. Bedroom currently has 2 queen beds but Owner can switch out for a King bed if needed. Large closet in bedroom and another in the hallway. Full bathroom has tub-shower insert. Fresh linens and towels provided. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and utensils, coffee maker, wine glasses, coffee mugs and more. A brand new Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration system is installed in the kitchen sink area for pure and fresh drinking water. No need to ever buy bottled water again when you live here. There are 2 Beach chairs and beach towels also provided. And one covered parking spot (#113) included, with plenty of additional Guest parking spots available. Community has a nice size heated pool with Clubhouse. And did I mention, this condo is an easy walk over to Siesta Key Main beach to see gorgeous sunsets every night.
